I offer a wide range of handyman services in the greater Lancaster area, including up towards Harrisburg, PA. These include drywall repair, painting, TV mounting/hiding wires, crown molding, trim, garbage disposal installation, toilet repair/replacement, tiling, faucet upgrades, lighting upgrades, smart switch/device installation and setup, senior safety devices/railing, gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, elevated window cleaning, and so many more. Remember, no job is too small! In full disclosure, some jobs may be too large in scope for me to handle alone, but I give great referrals to larger companies and fully-licensed professionals that I have personally worked with in the past.

Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm. Weekend work and emergency work are available by appointment.

I pride myself on quality communication with and accessibility to my customers, which means, I answer the phone when you call during business hours. Occasionally, both hands may be busy on a task for another customer. During those times, I will return your call within the hour. In addition, I try to answer any calls I receive outside of those hours as well. As for emails, I aim to respond during the evening on the day I receive them. 

I do not charge by the hour. I estimate and charge by the job. I believe that this helps both of us.  It allows me to take an unrelated work call without feeling like I am cutting into your time that you're paying me for.  The benefit to the customer is that you know the total invoice price of the completed job right from the beginning. There won't be that awkward moment when the handyman comes to you at the end of the job and invoices you for more money because it took longer than expected.
